In yet another example of why I think TNA is being run by a bunch of retarded monkeys, the PPV in Greenville,South Carolina, has a paid advance of less than 1500 tickets(in the 16,000 seat Bi-Lo Center). They have no history of drawing in that market, and would have been better served trying to run a Smaller Venue. In no way are they over enough to attempt to run these types of places, but Their ambition often overrides any common sense-Who makes these decisions?Morons.

They are nowhere near selling 16000 tickets for their events. So what makes them think they can do it for this PPV.

I agree with your frustration. Plus we have a company that now has TWO of their wrestlers using a gimmick of impersonating WWE stars (Shark Boy & Jay Lethal). That's all but acknowledging that you're inferior, so why do it?
By the way, Vito, no biggie, but could you amend/modify your post to remove the word f#$%* from it? The kids may be watching. Thanks!

I found out that TNA sells their shows to the venue for a certain amount and then it's the arena who has to do the promoting and selling tickets and setting prices. All their "house" shows are done this way. They set a price to fly in the talent and house them and TNA isn't liable for bad attendance numbers.

Ivan,I changed it so as not to offend the delicate sensibilities of the Family viewing audience who may be perusing this website.I make no guarantees regarding future posts however. As a Card carrying menafrigista(It's Sicilian)and I unfortunately can't tell You what it means without using language that may be objectionable to members of both the religious and conservative wings of the Republican Party and the Politically Correct thought Police of the Democrats,I swear as a everyday thing.I'm still not as crude as Howard Stern.

Ivan that is the best explanation I have heard. Could you please contact TNA immediatly and try talking common sense with them. By the way missed ya at the RWI show Saturday.

Actually that is the case for the House Shows(I.E.Non-televised Events)but for the PPV's TNA are on the hook for the whole shot.So again I ask, who's running this lemonade stand?

I can almost guarantee You the Numbers will be substantially lower this year.40,000 Buys is apparently the break even point-they didn't reach that once.
